This role involves comprehending sponsor requirements, transforming them into event ideas, and delivering outstanding event experiences. The Custom Events Producer will collaborate closely with sponsors from the initial concept to the final execution, ensuring their goals are achieved and their partnership with our organization is reinforced.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the strategic planning, creative development, and execution of customized events tailored to sponsor specifications.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of custom events, including concept creation, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event assessment.
  • Engage speakers as required by sponsors.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure event production meets both sponsor expectations and organizational capabilities.

Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to guarantee events are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor event progress and sponsor interactions.

Sponsor Engagement & Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and sponsors for custom events.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each sponsor's brand, objectives, and expectations.
  • Obtain briefs from sponsors and convert their vision into actionable event plans.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with sponsors through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery.

Quality Assurance & Enhancement:

  • Establish best practices for custom event production and sponsor account management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to collect sponsor feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
