Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and manage the monthly close process, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve various accounting issues, including depreciation, revenue accruals, and intercompany charges.
  • Effectively communicate with AR and AP managers, clarifying accounting requirements and priorities.
  • Manage close schedules, alerting team members of upcoming deadlines for GL and subledger closes.
  • Participate in process improvements to create efficiencies and enhance financial visibility.
  • Support financial and tax audit requests.
Requirements:
  • BS in Accounting required.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Prior public accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel required.
  • Great Plains experience preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
