Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY

The Vice President of Clinical Service Line Management is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our musculoskeletal service lines, ensuring excellence in patient care and collaboration with hospital partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage site directors for service lines.
  • Facilitate program coordination across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Act as a key resource in fostering relationships with hospital affiliates regarding musculoskeletal services.
  • Analyze and report on regional quality performance metrics.
  • Supervise the onboarding, training, and education of healthcare providers within the hospital network.
  • Consult with various staff members as required to enhance service delivery.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Experience in orthopedic care is essential.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a current state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Understanding of acute and chronic care protocols, medication administration, and the delivery of physical care according to treatment plans.
  • Ability to assess patient health and accurately measure and record physiological and growth indicators.
  • Familiarity with health promotion principles, techniques, and patient education methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality metrics and healthcare standards.
  • Insight into service line dynamics and orthopedic best practices.
  • Awareness of population health management strategies.
