We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Floor Lead to join our dynamic team at Vuori, Inc. in California. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example, fostering connections with customers, and communicating Vuori's brand values through exceptional product knowledge and a positive attitude.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and is eager to develop new skills and take on leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain high standards in retail sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging with them about products, events, and promotions.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
  • Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Requirements
  • Available morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
  • Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A customer service expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
