Store Manager - Pacers Navy Yard

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pacers Navy Yard. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to optimize store performance.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure optimal sales and minimize waste.
  • Implement company-wide initiatives and goals, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Retail to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and store performance.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
