Job Overview

Eaton Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimating: Develop and review project estimates, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure high performance and adherence to project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management software and tools, solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
