Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive administration and technical guidance for various project assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and allocate key field roles for projects in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Organize and manage pre-construction services, including participation in meetings with architects and clients.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, schedules, and performance benchmarks in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Act as the company representative in project-related meetings.
  • Supervise and direct on-site job superintendents to ensure construction aligns with design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Oversee financial aspects of client contracts to achieve project profitability while safeguarding the company's interests and maintaining positive client relations.
  • Support the training and development of Project Engineers.
  • Represent the company at industry-related meetings as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related construction field, or equivalent experience in construction management, design, or finance.
  • Minimum of six years of experience if degreed; nine years if not.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities to enhance employee productivity and performance.
  • Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
