About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality products to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually promote and educate customers on the benefits of IP Video and Axis cameras
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and current customers
- Arrange and execute site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, and other sales activities
- Work closely with Axis Communications' Application Development Partners
- Recommend camera solutions and provide product comparisons
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars, and other promotional sales activities
- Prepare weekly sales reports with new and existing projects
Requirements
- Strong selling skills and ability to tailor presentations to meet customer needs
- Ability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environment
- Trustworthy and resourceful disposition
- Public speaking skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent electronic trade training
- 5+ years' experience in sales-driven positions
- Strong technical background
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more
- Expected travel time for this position is between 50%-70%
Compensation
The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
