Duties:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job posting and candidate scheduling
- Assist with new employee onboarding, ensure smooth transition into company culture
- Manage and update HR-related databases, generate reports as necessary
- Provide administrative support to HR team, maintain office supplies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
