Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

- Welcome in-shop customers and resolve their concerns efficiently, often finding creative solutions to their issues.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and more.
- Keep our operations running smoothly by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts.
- Breeze through administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, and work orders.
- Review orders from our national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support our team's success.
- A High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
- The ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and the ability to wear personal protective equipment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
