Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to customers in-store and over the phone
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* 16 years of age or older
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* High school diploma or equivalent
