Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uphams Corner Health Center. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and callers, ensuring that their experiences are timely, accurate, and comprehensive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and greet patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage patient requests for appointments, referrals, and other services
  • Accurately and completely check patients in and out of our systems
  • Handle cash collection and manage patient payments
  • Provide information and assistance to patients and staff as needed
  • Work effectively within a team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual language skills (English, Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and dental systems
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and/or holidays
