Job Description:

The Engineering Documentation Coordinator role at Summit Interconnect involves creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date manufacturing documentation. This includes work instructions, shop floor travelers, and other related documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update documentation packages to reflect changes in manufacturing processes and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation.
  • Use company software to create and manage documentation, ensuring ease of use and accessibility.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify documentation and resolve issues.
  • Analyze and improve documentation processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Train new employees on documentation procedures and best practices.
  • Review and revise documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum two years' experience in documentation management or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
