Position Summary

The Patient Services Specialist plays a crucial role in the administrative operations of the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee. This position involves managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in a medical office setting with strong communication skills.
• Skills: Proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Physical tasks may include reaching, operating a computer, and following instructions.
