Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Events Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Events and Community. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for crafting exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
In this multifaceted role, you will:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of various outbound marketing initiatives aimed at boosting event registrations and attendance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver top-tier brand experiences for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Develop and implement an effective events strategy that aligns with our core business objectives.
  • Manage a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale industry conferences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners to facilitate all aspects of event management, including venue selection, production, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely execution of events while meeting established benchmarks and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to event success, including lead generation and ROI.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with a focus on hybrid and in-person formats.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and executing event strategies, particularly in a B2B context.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in all facets of event management, including planning, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to travel as needed to support event execution.
