This position pertains to the Project Finance Lead role within the Dark Horse Production Program Family, focusing on Small Form Factor Solutions in the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. Our diverse portfolio encompasses various programs, including Product Support, Development, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and timely reporting of financial data to the Program team and BAE Leadership.
  • Oversee all Fixed Price Earned Value and UPC data.
  • Coordinate and update quarterly financial forecasts (FP&A).
  • Provide support for follow-on proposal efforts.
  • As a lead, this role will be a trusted resource for fellow finance professionals and other functions, offering sound financial advice and guidance.

This position will be conducted in a Hybrid capacity, with the individual dividing their time between on-site work and remote tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent; alternatively, a master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Program Control or Program Finance within the defense sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to devise solutions for complex challenges through creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in effectively communicating and presenting financial data to various functions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse teams.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage a multi-tasked workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash flow, and collections.
  • Ability to make informed decisions while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Experience with the Material Reporting System and UPC Reporting.

Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance with eligibility for a SAP/SAR clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing an Earned Value compliant baseline position, with a solid understanding of Earned Value and UPC.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra.
  • Ability to challenge and enhance knowledge of industry practices and standards, as well as company policies.
  • Skill in developing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $164,010

Please note that this range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by various factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
