Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.
The key responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Events Specialist will be to build our candidate pipelines through various events be it our own BAE Systems In-Person or Virtual events or outside events such as Business Conferences, DEI associations, Career Fairs, etc. You will have access to Brazen Virtual Event platform, Phenom CRM, Post Beyond, other Social Media platforms, and a large Talent Acquisition team to support as needed.
Note: this position may be filled at a lower Global Grade level.
Responsibilities:
· The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and hiring managers in guiding, creating, and implementing hiring events, branding events, information sessions, and more. You will also partner with our Communications team who will assist in marketing your events.
· The successful candidate will work in a creative and innovative way, to continually improve processes around event coordination and to partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, & our business leaders in support of their mission to both attract top talent & deliver exceptional client service.
· Be accountable to track progress and ensure execution of key deliverables
· Lead pre-event meetings to provide project timeline updates and presentations to stakeholders, conduct post-event data and strategic analysis to shape future events.
· Propose and implement new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation processes and procedures of an event lifecycle
· Stay informed regarding current trends and topics, demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking regarding new initiatives
· Responsible for organizing complex events, being the driver of content and delegating tasks as necessary.
· Full ownership and accountability for project success while working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills8+ years experience with High School Diploma

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

· Prior work experience in the Talent Acquisition hiring events space

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
