Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator at Leidos, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, organizing, and execution of program management tasks. This includes assisting in the development of management plans, preparing management/cost performance reports, and providing technical expertise to coordinate project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams.
  • Develop and implement management plans to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare and submit management/cost performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise to coordinate project activities, including work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management, and travel coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.
  • At least six (6) years of experience on large-scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program-related activities.
  • Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
