Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams. Your expertise will be essential in developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams.
  • Develop and implement management plans to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare and submit management/cost performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise to coordinate project activities, including work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.
  • At least six (6) years of experience on large-scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program-related activities, including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities.
  • Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
