Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with technical specialists, software developers, cybersecurity professionals, and organizational leaders to enhance business outcomes.
- Oversee project scope, resource allocation, scheduling, budget management, and team leadership.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans and secure stakeholder approval for implementation.
- Provide regular updates and status reports for stakeholder evaluation.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with time, budget, and quality standards.
- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of technical platforms, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or military experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in team leadership and 4 years supervising other managers.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity missions is required.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in project or contract management.
- Experience collaborating with military, Department of Defense, Federal government, or cybersecurity sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing US Government contracts.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or other federal law enforcement agencies is advantageous.
