Position Overview:

Brio Benefit Consulting is seeking a Relationship Manager to be an integral part of our Employee Benefits Team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries regarding our offerings and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Handle complex client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Manager to proactively meet client needs and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Keep the Strategy Manager updated on account developments and opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site presentations to educate clients about our services.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new accounts.
  • Oversee the open enrollment strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Support Brio in fulfilling both internal and external client demands.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of client management strategies and policies.
  • Provide insights that positively influence financial outcomes.
  • Foster exceptional service and growth through the development of a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
