Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the administration and support of our Wealth Management team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date management systems with client information.
  • Educating clients on available account services and capabilities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
  • Collecting necessary documentation for new account openings and service requests.
  • Planning and organizing team marketing events while managing marketing materials.
  • Providing the team with a comprehensive calendar of activities.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $66,500 to $75,000. This range is influenced by various factors, including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. Additionally, this role may qualify for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your Team:
You will be part of the Wealth Management Americas division, dedicated to assisting high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families in achieving their financial objectives through tailored financial advisory services.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only).
  • Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
