Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

About the Role
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for large-scale manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, infrastructure, and controls.
  • Develop and evaluate plans for major projects, assessing feasibility and soundness of proposed applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff members.
Responsibilities
  • Develop flow diagrams, P&IDs, and sequences of operation as required.
  • Coordinate departmental or divisional project studies, reports, or project design assignments.
  • Progressive design responsibilities, with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Regularly meet and correspond with clients or outside personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program.
  • 3 years of mechanical engineering experience, consulting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
  • Proficient in standard engineering techniques and procedures, including AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, hydraulic analysis, and HVAC analysis programs.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 annually, with eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
