Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at the DoubleTree Golf Resort Palm Springs, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
  • Register guests, make and modify reservations, and handle hotel operator and concierge duties.
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, and be familiar with all in-house groups and closed-out dates.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$21.52, depending on experience.
