KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training in equipment setup, demolition, encapsulation, and teardown processes.
  • Responding to service requests to assist clients facing water, fire, or mold challenges.
  • Executing assigned tasks while adhering to safety and production protocols.
  • Engaging with team members and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Learning to conduct water extraction, restorative drying, demolition, and fire cleaning.
  • Training in carpet and tile cleaning techniques.
  • Familiarizing yourself with all relevant IICRC Standards.
  • Understanding various restoration assignments.
  • Gaining knowledge in demolition and cleanup efforts, as well as the operation of dryers, fans, dehumidifiers, and other mitigation equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in restoration is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Compliance with company standards for appearance and conduct.
