Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineering Administrator to join our team at Sanden International, USA, Inc. as a key member of our product development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product development in compliance with Sanden and customer requirements.
  • Conduct test and facility development, sample preparation, testing, and reporting.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Sanden products, testing facilities, and AC systems.
  • Setup test facilities, install A/C components, piping, and build sample compressors for testing.
  • Establish test data summaries and prepare technical data for internal customers.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a tech-school for mechanical or electrical technician or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of current computer technology and applications such as MS Office.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle and test equipment (plumbing, electrical, air flow, welding, soldering).
  • Ability to read and understand schematics.
  • Desired certifications: EPA-608, EPA-609.
Work Environment
  • Primary work area is in a test lab setting.
  • Other work environments include assembly plant and office environment.
