About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro West. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after disasters strike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Set up and monitor professional drying equipment to ensure optimal drying conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked truck and company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and desire to join a world-class team.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
