This hybrid role combines training with hands-on experience, setting you up for success in client relationship management and technical underwriting skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop key underwriting skills, including using proprietary tools and external resources to analyze and evaluate complex exposures.
- Network corporately, leveraging the company's substantial resources to provide a best-in-class response to valued clients.
- Progress toward the Underwriter role, working on live accounts, developing client relationships, and advancing your understanding of the insurance industry.
- Undergraduate college degree in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or Risk Management.
- Prior intern experience and/or professional experience desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter.
- A competitive annual base salary range of $63,000.00 USD.
