ROLE OVERVIEW

Our retail team members are dedicated to crafting an unparalleled game day experience for fans. The primary goal is to ensure that every fan enjoys a memorable experience upon entering the store. We aim to create an atmosphere that stands out from any other sporting event globally, consistently exceeding expectations in customer service, merchandise presentation, and meticulous attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Foster an exciting, positive, and enjoyable environment for our diverse team and fan base.
  • Welcome guests and assess their interests to provide tailored sales recommendations.
  • Maintain high accuracy while operating POS systems.
  • Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Showcase merchandise effectively to enhance sales with additional items.
  • Clearly articulate merchandise features, benefits, and usage.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and events in-store.
  • Manage inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts; assist with inventory tasks.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products, facilities, and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Read and implement plan-o-grams effectively.
  • Support the Gift Shop setup team in merchandising event gift shops, including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, and shop maintenance.
  • Merchandising skills are a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to create an exciting, positive, and enjoyable environment for our diverse team and fan base.
  • Skill in greeting guests and identifying their interests for effective sales recommendations.
  • High accuracy in using POS systems.
  • Demonstrated ownership in cleaning, restocking, and completing tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Capability to present merchandise effectively to boost sales with additional items.
  • Ability to describe merchandise features, benefits, and usage clearly.
  • Knowledge of current promotions, sales, and events in-store.
  • Experience in maintaining inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts; assist with inventory tasks.
  • Commitment to continuously increasing knowledge of products, facilities, and events.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Ability to read and implement plan-o-grams accurately.
  • Experience in merchandising is a plus.
COMPENSATION

Hourly wage: $15.50

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires on-site work. The physical demands of this role include sitting, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and handling controls. Employees frequently need to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
