Role Summary

The Retail Sales Representative delivers exceptional customer service, manages merchandise, processes sales transactions, and maintains the store's cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing outstanding service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, greeting and assisting every customer, and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Keeping informed about current promotions and sales.
  • Assisting with merchandising displays and ensuring store cleanliness.
  • Restocking merchandise, monitoring inventory levels, and processing shipments.
  • Handling transactions at the cash register.
  • Complying with all company policies.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
Availability Requirements:
  • Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
The expected wage range for this role is between $15.00 to $16.00.
