This role is pivotal in enhancing DaVita IKC's Comprehensive Health Evaluation capabilities through innovative program support and process improvement.

The Senior Analyst is expected to exhibit a strong aptitude for creative problem-solving and the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable business insights that support program development. Responsibilities include the creation and management of datasets, as well as a demonstrated capability to analyze and derive meaningful conclusions from data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strategic initiatives aimed at advancing IKC's Comprehensive Health Evaluation capabilities, encompassing hypothesis formulation, research, insight generation, and actionable business recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to inform the design, implementation, and evaluation of new programs, focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Articulate research and analytical findings in a coherent narrative, summarizing insights and making recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of process improvements and innovative programs by independently managing work streams.
  • Support the initiation of innovative pilots and new program initiatives through vendor assessment, contract support, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, educational, financial, legal, compliance, and risk teams to facilitate the rollout of new programs.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse clinical and business stakeholders through both written and verbal channels.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines, managing risks to the business while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables, ensuring projects and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business, healthcare, analytics, or strategic roles.
  • Preferred background in healthcare or related educational experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook.
