Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent our food processing and packaging capital equipment solutions to both new and existing clients in Arkansas and Louisiana.
  • Continuously develop a sales pipeline through cold-calling, networking, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Share effective sales strategies with the Reiser team.
  • Engage actively with sales industry associations.
  • Produce timely and accurate sales reports.
  • Assist in facilitating quotations, product samples, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with the field service team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in selling food processing and/or packaging capital equipment. Candidates with experience in related systems or services to the food industry will also be considered. Experience in the meat/protein sector is highly desirable.
  • A driven, enthusiastic, and determined individual with a proven history of success.
  • Understanding the significance of selling equipment alongside service components and collaborating with the service team.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels, from shop floor personnel to company executives.
  • Willingness to travel 50-70% overnight during the week, primarily within Arkansas and Louisiana.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
