Job Title: Territory Manager

At DEMDACO, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for selling our product lines to retail partners, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and sell DEMDACO product lines to retail partners
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, RSMs, and internal staff
  • Communicate effectively and timely regarding sales and marketing issues
  • Report on sales successes, issues, and opportunities to RSM
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience selling business-to-business, preferably in the gift industry
  • Understanding of sales process, including needs assessment, qualifying, contracting, and follow-up
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to customer needs and provide excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn DEMDACO sales practices and technology tools
  • Experience with independent retail and regional key accounts
  • Sound decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
