This includes managing allowance contracts, processing program supplies and equipment purchases, and maintaining client bank accounts. You will also be responsible for assisting with filing and copying of documents and charts, managing the reception desk, and outreach clients for their onsite medical appointments. Additionally, you will ensure that all office equipment is in working condition and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Administer Representative Payee services by managing allowance contracts.
- Process program supplies and equipment purchases.
- Maintain client bank accounts.
- Assist with filing and copying of documents and charts.
- Manage reception desk.
- Outreach clients for their onsite medical appointments.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in working condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Engaging personality and detail-orientated skills are essential.
- Prior experience with office management a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.
