Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trinity Management, LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and supporting the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage the office supply inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
