Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and committed Construction Project Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this essential position, you will manage the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring each initiative is executed successfully from inception to completion. As an experienced leader, you will provide exceptional service in all interactions with clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and team members involved in delivering construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings with clients to establish clear expectations and ensure comprehensive communication of project details.
  • Organize and coordinate all subcontractors, material suppliers, and resources to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Deliver regular project updates through daily reports to clients and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
  • Conduct final inspections with clients, ensuring all outstanding issues are addressed to the highest standards.
  • Obtain signed Completion of Work and Certificate of Satisfaction from clients, reflecting project success and client approval.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local regulations, and the defined scope of work.
  • Effectively manage and implement change orders, ensuring project modifications are handled smoothly.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities and sharing best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in construction or project management, particularly in restoration or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Basic math proficiency, with the ability to manage budgets, estimates, and project expenses.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to various project sites as necessary.
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, drive, and sit throughout the workday as required.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential overtime as required.
  • Flexibility to accommodate project demands, including possible weekend work during peak times.
