Construction Project Manager:

Overview: Lead and manage construction initiatives from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Oversee project finances, timelines, and resources while effectively addressing any unexpected issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Performance Metrics:

  • Interpersonal Skills – Advocacy, Conflict Resolution, Active Listening, etc.
  • Quality Assurance – Process Verification, Attention to Detail, Team Collaboration, etc.
  • Safety Management – Safety Planning, Customized Documentation, Hazard Mitigation, etc.
  • Analytical Problem Solving – Proactive Communication, Foresight, Conflict Resolution, etc.
  • Project Closeout and Financial Review – Lessons Learned, Process Discipline, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a commercial construction setting.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Capacity to adjust to a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Expertise in project management software and tools.
