Position Overview

Project Oversight Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and supervise all phases of construction activities from initial planning through to project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee site personnel to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
  • Utilize performance metrics and reporting tools to track progress, enforce accountability, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Facilitate safety meetings, pre-construction discussions, and team gatherings, ensuring thorough documentation and accountability for action items.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain precise records to keep the Project Manager informed of all developments.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify opportunities to add value and exceed the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Seek opportunities to generate referrals through satisfied clients and stakeholders.
