As the Activities Director for Senior Living, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic activity program aimed at enriching the lives of our residents within the community.
Your role will involve organizing events, daily activities, and outings that are tailored to the unique skills, abilities, and interests of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop a monthly activity calendar that reflects the diverse interests of our residents.
2. Lead and facilitate engaging activities, crafts, and events for residents in both memory care and independent living programs.
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships between residents and various community departments.
4. Support the onboarding process for new residents, helping them adjust to their new surroundings.
Qualifications:
