Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the potential of our services to identify target demographics.
- Engage with healthcare providers, including hospitals and assisted living facilities, to present our agency's credentials and secure patient referrals.
- Conduct thorough analyses of our organization to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that prioritizes goals and adheres to a reasonable timeline.
- Facilitate referrals across all Cedarhurst Senior Living services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical referral sources and assist in initial informational sessions with patients and families.
- Support community outreach and educational initiatives.
- Contribute to discharge planning when required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work within healthcare settings.
- Preferred clinical licensure and experience in hospice or home care.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally for overnight stays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and mobility tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a team environment.
