Outside Territory Sales Representative

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Route Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to increase volume of route by cold calling, selling to potential new customers, and transmitting product orders, inventory, and daily sales. You will also be expected to communicate regularly with customers on new products or service offerings, and service issues and complaints, resolving issues within company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to build solid, lasting relationships with customers. Estimated Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 per year, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually. A commission-driven compensation plan ensures that your earnings are directly tied to your performance.
