Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on potential areas for expanding HR consulting services and revenue streams.
  • Support the development of HR staff through training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Act as an internal consultant, sharing expertise to enhance departmental growth and align with the agency's mission.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with client invoicing related to HR consulting services.
  • Provide backup support to the HR consulting team to meet project deadlines and expectations.
  • Represent Alera Group professionally in all interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues, fostering relationships through networking.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, or
  • Eight (8) years of relevant HR experience, or
  • A combination of education and experience that aligns with the requirements.
