Job Description:

This Sous Chef position plays a crucial role in preparing and cooking food for our clients, ensuring timely completion of production orders and maintaining high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook and prepare food according to approved recipes and production standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling, presentation, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
  • Prior culinary experience is required, with ServSafe certification also a necessity.
