**Job Title:** National Insurance Producer

**Job Description:** As a national insurance producer with The Baldini Agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and develop a successful career in the insurance industry. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs, presenting and explaining insurance policy options, and assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.

**Compensation Package:** This is a commission-based position, offering a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 in the first year, with potential for up to $200,000 annually. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry, as well as ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team of professionals.
