National Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to manage our Managed Programs for new customers across various industries.
This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to pursue and sell our Managed Programs to new customers, while maintaining existing relationships.
This is a challenging opportunity for a sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to pursue and sell our Managed Programs to new customers.
- Manage large account strategic hunting and long-term relationship management.
- Properly prepare Field Sales teams for events and accompany large new implementations.
- Collaborate with the forecasting team for planning and projections.
- Meet/exceed annual performance sales goals.
- Ensure efficient travel for territory success and support Tyndale tradeshows and events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consultative selling experience, preferably with technical products.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing sales teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel nationally 50% or as needed, maintaining a current valid driver's license.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, and prior experience using CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, producing results, and understanding complex information.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building effective relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and reside in a major metropolitan area near an international airport.
Estimated Salary:$100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
