POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Coordinator will be essential in facilitating the efficient functioning of the office while providing support for a variety of administrative responsibilities. This role involves managing service requests, engaging with clients, handling pricing inquiries, overseeing billing processes, and assisting the property management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Coordination: Oversee and organize service requests, assign technicians, and liaise with clients to guarantee prompt and effective service delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to phone inquiries, resolve client questions, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Vendor Communication: Contact suppliers for pricing details and aid in gathering quotes.
  • Financial Administration: Support billing operations and ensure precise financial documentation.
  • Support Functions: Assist the property management team with various administrative tasks.
  • General Office Duties: Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to manage interactions with clients and colleagues with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Composure: Capability to maintain calm and effectively address challenging situations.
