Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Ascension Michigan. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical/surgical units and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (AAS) or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
