Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Hearst Television. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premier multimedia company, developing and maintaining business across all platforms - TV, digital, and multicast.
About the Role- Generate new business revenue across all platforms, ensuring growth and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Manage and cultivate an active account list, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments within our stations to ensure client satisfaction and drive business results.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and delivering sales presentations to client/agency personnel, showcasing the value proposition of our multimedia solutions.
- Negotiating and closing deals, achieving revenue goals and exceeding expectations.
- Developing and implementing media plans, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to meet client needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Media sales experience, preferably in a broadcast or television setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients and anticipate their needs.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
- Proficiency in commercial monitoring programs, such as Wide Orbit, and Microsoft applications.
