Job Title: Sales Manager

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute point of purchase displays and strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Corrugated Packaging industry.
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
