Sales Director

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute point of purchase displays and strategies.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Corrugated Packaging industry.
- Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
