Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilmington is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, spa operations, and customer service. They will be responsible for driving membership revenue growth, gift card revenue growth, and service and product revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership and gift card sales
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and spa professionals to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with spa operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales and spa team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
